Our Hatha Yoga Instructor, Lindsay Henderson, will guide you through a gentle workout for the body and the mind.

 

We believe in balance, we know you work hard in the gym, with your family and at your 9-5. We know you need time to relax. Our yoga sessions offer a gentle workout that will leave you feeling calm and energised from within.

 

You will develop your strength, balance and flexibility as you find a moment of peace in a busy world.

CLASSES

  • GROUP YOGA

Shape Up is a High Intensity Interval Training set up in a series of simple exercises using weights, suspension trainers, ropes, kettle-bells and resistance bands among other equipment. It will be challenging and have a particularly strong emphasis on proper technique.

 

This class will burn calories and add muscle tone in very effective way.
