Lindsay has always had a passion for movement, sport and fitness in all forms coming from an elite athletic background (soccer). After studying to be a personal trainer in 2014 and working as a strength and conditioning coach, he felt as though he wanted to educate himself further and change his approach to staying fit and healthy. He booked a trip to India to study yoga, after 4 months of study and practice he realised the benefits that the practice had not only on his body but his mind.

Since that trip life is a very different ride, Lindsay has a passion to share the benefits of yoga with as many people as possible, creating a healthier, happy and aware community.
